From Foundations to Skylines
PLANCO Construction was established in Melbourne in 1999 by David Planco, a second-generation builder with a vision to create a construction company that combined old-world craftsmanship with modern project management discipline.
Over the past 25 years, we have grown steadily — expanding our capabilities, our team, and our geographic reach across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, and Western Australia. Today, PLANCO employs over 180 full-time staff and manages a portfolio of residential and commercial projects valued at over $2 billion.
Our growth has never come at the expense of quality. Every project we undertake — from a 10-unit townhouse development to a landmark commercial tower — receives the same level of attention, rigour, and care that has defined PLANCO since day one.
